If your e-bike doesn't meet your expectations, we provide a streamlined process for returns and size exchanges on all eligible models.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the E-Bike
Carefully repack the e-bike in its original packaging, ensuring the odometer reads fewer than 10 miles and all accessories, chargers, and manuals are included.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a freight pickup for larger models.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned unit for damage or wear, we will process your full refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
