What is the estimated delivery time for my e-bike?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping usually takes between 5 to 7 business days depending on your location within the United States.
Do the e-bikes come fully assembled?
Our e-bikes arrive approximately 85% assembled. We provide all necessary tools and a comprehensive video guide to help you complete the final steps, such as attaching the front wheel, pedals, and handlebars.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused bikes in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Does my purchase include a warranty?
Yes, every American Express E-Bike comes with a 1-year limited warranty covering the frame, motor, and battery against manufacturing defects.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including American Express, Visa, and Mastercard, as well as digital wallets like Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay installments.
How long does the battery last on a single charge?
Battery range varies by model and riding conditions, but most of our bikes offer between 35 to 60 miles per charge using pedal assist.
